2. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely approvals, and access to necessary systems to ensure smooth delivery of services. Delays or failure to cooperate may impact outcomes.
3. Payments & Refunds
Payments are securely processed via Stripe. You authorize AI GROWTH ENTERPRISES LLC to charge your chosen payment method for agreed service fees.
Subscription or One-Time Fees: Fees will be clearly outlined before payment. For subscription services, recurring billing will occur unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
Refunds: Due to the customized and labor-intensive nature of our services, all payments are non-refundable once work has begun.
Disputes: If you believe you’ve been charged in error, contact us at info@aieasygrow.com within 5 business days. We will investigate promptly. Filing a chargeback without first attempting resolution may result in immediate suspension of services.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use our services for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services for violations.
5. Limitation of Liability
Easy Grow AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. We make no guarantees of specific revenue or results.
